These Terms of Sale explain how purchases are made through our website and what you can expect after completing an order.

What you're buying

All products sold on this website are digital photographs.

No physical products will be posted to you.

Your purchase grants you the rights described in our Licence Agreement.

Prices

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. RSMP does not receive or store your payment card details.

Your order is considered complete once payment has been successfully authorised.

Downloading your photographs

Once payment has been confirmed, your download will be available immediately.

You'll also receive a permanent download link which you can keep and use again in the future should you need to download your photograph again.

Please keep this link somewhere safe.

Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads that become available immediately after purchase, refunds cannot normally be offered once the download has been provided.

However, if you experience a technical problem or believe you've been charged in error, please get in touch and we'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Availability

We aim to keep purchased photographs available indefinitely through their download links. While every effort is made to maintain this service, we cannot guarantee permanent availability in all circumstances.

Liability

We take great care in producing and delivering your photographs. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, RSMP's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant purchase.
