Thank you for purchasing a photograph from RSMP.
We believe that once you've bought a photo, you should be able to enjoy it without worrying about pages of restrictions and legal jargon.
This Licence Agreement explains what you can do with your photographs in plain English.
What you're allowed to do
Once you've purchased a photograph, you're welcome to:
- Keep it forever.
- Share it with friends and family.
- Post it on social media.
- Use it on websites.
- Print it as many times as you like.
- Use it for commercial purposes.
- Include it in advertising or promotional material.
- Resell products or publications that include the photograph.
In short, if you've bought the photograph, you're free to use it however you wish.
Copyright
While you're free to use the photograph, the copyright remains with RSMP unless transferred separately in writing.
This simply means that RSMP remains the original creator of the photograph.
We kindly ask that you don't claim authorship of the photograph or present it as your own work.
One small request
If you share your photograph online, we'd always appreciate a mention or tag. It's completely optional, but it helps other riders discover RSMP.
